Text Editing Using Cut Copy and Paste Using the New Paste Options Button Using Drag and Drop


You can use the Cut, Copy and Paste options to move text or other items in your document.
The Cut option lets you remove the selected item from its current location and place it on theOffice Clipboard.
 The Copy option lets you place a copy of the selected item on the Office Clipboard.The Paste option lets you paste items from the Office Clipboard into your document

Before you can move, format, delete, or change text or graphic, you must select (block) the item. You can select using the mouse or keyboard; selected text or graphic are highlighted. 
To cancel the selection, click outside the selection, or use the arrow keys to move the insertion point.

Starting Microsoft Word XP

To start MS Word XP, you have to be in Windows XP, and you must have Office XP installed (full or partial installation).
1- Click the Start  button at the Taskbar.
2- Point to All Programs.
3- Click  Microsoft Word
